Eligibility for Returns
You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been used, altered, or returned without their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, gift cards, and any products marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, reach out to us at support@valmont-exclusive.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond with further instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the cost of the original shipment may be deducted from your refund.
